Phabricator says it has not been actively maintained since June 2021, and Atlassian has stopped selling Crucible, with support ending in May 2028. They are kept because they were on the original page, with notes.

Git hosts such as GitHub and GitLab review changes inside pull requests. Dedicated tools such as Gerrit and Review Board suit formal or patch-based workflows and non-Git version control.
